• Ebook Central

  The university’s library provides access to tens of thousands of e-books through Ebook Central. Most of the books are non-fiction and in English. You can also access e-books from home.

  The e-books can be read directly online or you can choose to download them. If you want to download e-books you need to create your own Ebook Central account. You also need an Adobe ID and an e-book reader software, Adobe Digital Editions. Adobe Digital Editions is available for both computers and mobile devices.

  When you have created an Ebook Central account, you can save interesting books on your personal bookshelf, mark pages, underline passages, make notes and more. You can also save and print out a limited number of pages.

• Biblio

  Åland’s libraries collectively subscribe to e-books and e-audiobooks with both fiction and non-fiction in Swedish.
  
  Use the app Biblio to borrow your e-books. The app can be downloaded from App Store or Google Play.
  
  To borrow e-books through Biblio you will need a library card and a PIN code. Library loans via Biblio last 28 days and are limited to three loans per month.
